You are invited to visit the Riverland Farmers’ Market, held each Saturday 7:30-11:30am at the Berri Senior Citizens’ Hall, Crawford Tce., Berri, South Australia (see Map).

Local producers sell directly to the public, the number and types of food stalls present varying each week depending upon the season. Locally produced craft is also available from a limited number of craft stalls, the number and types of craft stalls varying each week.

The Market has become a popular meeting place for both locals and visitors.

A breakfast bar offers a range of locally-produced breakfast food choices and locally-roasted coffee (see This Week page).

There is plenty of parking available and there is wheelchair access. The hall is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Tables and chairs are available inside & out.

The Riverland Farmers’ Market is organised by Food Riverland Incorporated, a not-for-profit organisation administered by a committee of volunteers.

The Friends of the Market scheme encourages patrons to join to become a Friend to support the Market and enjoy a range of benefits (see Friends page).

There are now VISA & Mastercard facilities at the Market, with a $10 minimum, but no cashout.  Other ATMs are available very close by in the Berri shopping precinct.
